In the midst of the last minute Christmas craziness (shopping, wrapping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, packing, traveling, whew!) may we all keep in our hearts exactly what it is we’re celebrating.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. –Isaiah 53:5,6

May God bless you and your family this New Year! Thank you for taking the time to write. I have been encouraged and blessed reading your blog. And it has been blessing my older children too. It is such and encouragement to us all to know that there is someone else who also stands for what is right and is strong in the Lord willing to talk about it.
